GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSCUSTOMERS
For customers that are below 18, please make sure that your parents have read and understood our terms and conditions and have allowed you to order from us before filling up this form.PURPOL CART has the right to deny service to the following customers:
- Rude and Impatient customers
- Customers who have shown any offensive behavior to the shop's admin/s.CANCELLATIONS
Please be sure that you are 10000000% sure of buying the item/s you ordered before filling up the form.
Cancellation is NOT encouraged however, for those who want to cancel their orders, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% OF THE PRICE OF THE ITEM/S ORDERED. If a customer fails to settle the cancellation fee, PURPOL CART has the right to blacklist the customer from having future transactions with the shop and to POST THEM AS BOGUS BUYERS/JOY RESERVERS.Orders may also be cancelled for the following reasons:- Didn't reach the targeted number of orders for an item.
- Items become out of stock._{We will inform you once this happens however, we will try our best for scenarios like this to not happen.}PAYMENT DEADLINES
All balances must be settled within the given deadlines. You will be given only 30 calendar days after the given deadline to settle your balance. Failure to completely settle ALL balances will forfeit the customer's orders and any initial payments or down payments will not be refunded.You may DM or contact us if you're having a difficulty in settling your balance so we could negotiate the terms.PROOFS OF PAYMENT
All customers must fill up the payment form for faster validations.We are checking every proof of payment that you send to us. Please don't ever attempt to send us tampered or edited proofs of payment. Such an act is considered fraud and is punishable by law.PURPOL CART has the right to blacklist any customer that will be caught doing such acts from future transactions with the shop.RETURNED ITEMS
Please make sure that the details you have put in your form are 100% correct.Once the courier sent back your orders to us, you will be responsible for its shipping fee once again.MANUFACTURING DAMAGE, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
PURPOL CART only sells SEALED items unless stated otherwise (tingi, unsealed, etc.).PURPOL CART will not be held liable for the following (We cannot give you a refund for this):- Delay of shipments caused by third parties (any unforeseen circumstances outside of the shop's control).
- Damages or mistakes made by the manufacturers/ entertainment companies where the items came from.
- Damages caused by the international and local shipping company.
PURPOL CART can only allow exchanges if we have sent you the wrong items.For missing inclusions in the sealed items, we can only help you communicate with the supplier. We will only give you a refund once the supplier refunds the amount.We will be requiring you to submit an unedited and uncut UNBOXING VIDEO to allow the exchange/refund.NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO EXCHANGE/REFUND

ARRIVAL OF ITEMS
Packing and shipping may take 1-2 weeks depending on the quantity of orders. We will be sending you a DM on your twitter/telegram account once your order/s have been shipped.Once we have shipped the items to your address, we have no control over it anymore. You may communicate with the local courier for concerns regarding the delivery.PAYMENT TERMS
Please wait for an order confirmation first, before paying unless stated otherwise. All order confirmations will be sent through email so please provide us with an active email addressALL ORDERS HAVE A PAYO (Pay-As-You-Order) policy as the items are all on hand and ready to ship.PAYMENT DEADLINES
Payments must be settled within the given deadlines. For On hand Items, PAYO will be implemented. Failure to completely settle ALL balances will forfeit the customer's orders and no refund will be given. We might also post you as a bogus buyer/Joy Reserver if you have failed to settle your balance with us.

KR BOX SHARING
- You will be the one to check-out your items so you have full control over it.
- Please DON’T share our address/details to anyone else and/or use it for any other purpose it may be.
- Please DO NOT try to contact the number that will be provided with the address. That contact number is strictly used for shipments only and is not the main contact number of our consol.
- Please DO NOT try to change the name of the receiver to any other names than what is provided. If that happens, we will not be able to track your orders.
- You can check out anytime from anysite (EXCEPT Food, Beverages, and Electronic Items such as phones, etc.) but please inform us when using our KR Address so that we won't be confused when a parcel suddenly arrives without our knowledge. We will take any undeclared item that has arrived at our KR Address.
- In terms of declaring your items, you can either inform me via telegram/private message or you can use the provided declaration form where you can log all the tracking numbers of your orders. Please also disclose the contents of every parcel. Again, all undisclosed items will be taken or disposed of by our consol.
- Please be advised that all boxes are under NORMAL ETA. The same rules for our ETAs apply to this box, we will not close the box until it is full so please expect a long wait. Maximum waiting time before our consol ships our box is 3 months. If you’re an impatient buyer, my shop is not for you. We don’t offer fast ETA box sharing as of the moment.
- You will be asked to join our discord server for the updates of your orders. I will be sending there photos of your items. Please be advised though that our supplier only provides the photo of just the box it arrived in. They may or may not ask for an additional charge (PHP 104.00) if you want more photos of the parcel. (I’m sorry these are the conditions of our consol so we cannot do anything about it.)
- For payment terms, the same rules will apply. There will be a 3-part payment system. All prices do not include international and local shipping fees yet.PAYMENT TERMS
Your dues will updated in your sheets. so kindly check them regularly when you have in transit or parcels that arrived in our KR Address.There will be a two (02) part payment system for ALL Group orders. They will be as follows:1st Payment - Rental Price

ARRIVAL OF ITEMS
All of our items are PRE-ORDERED unless stated otherwise.Please take note that ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival. It is just an estimate and not a specific date of arrival. There are a lot of outside factors (such as Natural Disasters, National Holidays, and etc.) that can affect the arrival time of your orders that we have no control over.If there will be no delays, usual ETAs are as follows:Normal ETA : 4 - 6 weeks after ship out from Korea
Fast ETA : 2 - 3 weeks after ship out from Korea
For items coming from the US however, it may take longer.Please also note that we usually wait for our box to be full before we have them shipped here in the PH so please expect a very long wait.Packing and shipping may take 1-2 weeks after items arrive in our PH address depending on the quantity of orders. We will be providing a masterlist that we will update from time to time for the status of your orders. That's where we will put your tracking numbers also once your items have been shipped.Once we have shipped the items to your address, we have no control over it anymore.
